Built real-time trading UIs for an Electron-based platform, including a keyboard shortcut system that reduced order execution from 30 seconds to under 1 second. Developed reactive MobX models to keep live market data synchronized across multi-window trading workflows without manual refresh.
Led end-to-end migration of store pages from static HTML to a Next.js/React system, enabling non-technical content publishing and mentoring three junior developers throughout delivery. Spearheaded a Webpack 5 upgrade across 50+ dependencies that cut build times from 5+ minutes to seconds.
Architected an event-driven coordination system to synchronize real-time status updates between the photo upload platform and product creation teams during a full platform migration. Resolved gallery performance issues for collections of 100k+ photos by building efficient in-memory data structures for tag and search metadata.
